Overview
Lyney's charged shots fire Prop Arrows that summon Grin-Malkin cats dealing AoE Pyro. He consumes HP for enhanced charged shots and gains Pyro DMG bonus. Mono Pyro teams maximize his passive-avoid Hydro/Electro teammates for full damage. Build CRIT and ATK% for charged shot damage.
How to Play
Apply Bennett buff, then Lyney charged shots and Prop Arrows to summon cats. Use skill for decoy and energy, burst for AoE Pyro and cat enhancement. Stay at range for charged shots-Lyney is squishy. Mono Pyro means no Vape-pure Pyro damage with RES shred from Kazuha.
Optimal Rotation
Bennett Burst → Kazuha Skill/Burst → Zhongli Shield → Lyney Skill → Lyney 2× Charged Shot (Prop Arrows) → Lyney Burst → Lyney charged shot spam → refresh Bennett → repeat. Maintain Pyro aura for Kazuha Swirl.
F2P Options
Prototype Crescent or Slingshot work as F2P bows. Crimson Witch 4pc is farmable. C0 Lyney with Bennett and Kazuha is strong-constellations add comfort. Avoid Hydro teammates to keep Mono Pyro passive active.
Common Mistakes
Running Lyney with Xingqiu or Furina in Mono Pyro team-Hydro removes Pyro aura and disables passive. Not using charged shots-Prop Arrows and cats are his main damage. Building EM over CRIT in Mono Pyro-reactions aren't his focus. Fighting melee without shield-charged shots require standing still.
